Co-Founder
Harmeet is a Process Design and Reengineering expert and comes with more than 16 years of experience in Service Quality and Operations. He is also an Experiential facilitator and loves designing and customising activities and simulations around competencies desired in managing business. He is armed with knowledge on Six Sigma as a Black Belt, Lean methodologies, Project management and is also a Design Thinking Expert from KPMG.
Harmeet is an avid traveller and a foodie and he enjoys his free time listening to sufi music.
Kaushal Misra
Associate
Kaushal comes with over 28 years of Corporate experience much of which he has spent as a Consultant. He is an Associate with over a dozen organizations including the ‘Big Four’.
Armed with a degree in Psychology, Kaushal has developed an expertise in Competency Mapping, Psychometric Profiling and Development Planning.

Alka heads Recruitment, Talent Management, and Accounts Management at Exxperientia.
Her energy and enthusiasm at work is infectious and encourages the team Exxperientia to follow her example. Alka has more than 14 years of work experience in her kitty.
Tanmoy Adhikary

Tanmoy has worked for over 20 years with corporates in Aviation, Fragrances & Flavors, Plastics, Industrial Equipment & Consumables and more. He successfully turned around three companies that he headed as CEO.
As an Independent Management Consultant Tanmoy partners corporates for designing Business & Marketing Strategies, Profitability Improvement & Cost Optimization, Supply Chain Management, Organization structuring and Leadership Coaching. He’s been on the Board of many companies. He’s a Visiting Faculty in leading Business Schools.
Shruti Chhabra

She’s an expert in Job Designs, KRA / KPI design, Competency Mapping, Framework Design & Assessment, Psychometric Testing, Performance Management, HR Audits and Employee Engagement. She is a Lead Trainer in most Industry Sectors for multiple competencies.
Shruti has co-authored a book called ‘Management Concepts & Practice’ for MBA students.
